1. How do i cancel my order?
Cancellation is only applicable on the day of order. To cancel your order, call us on 6364205051/4041 or write us at email@example.com
2. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but can make an exception in case of a wrong product delivered to you or a damaged product with a photo as proof of wrong item or damage. For this, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply visit the contact page.
3. How will I be refunded for the return?
Refunds are only provided if the item is damaged beyond repair while in transit or if the order is wrong. The amount will be equivalent to the invoiced price of the item purchased. The refunds would be in the form of a product exchange or bank transfer.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we've been notified by mail.
Our original shipping charges and associated fees (if any) will will still be charged, but you may get some goodies in return.
